First steps towards national community housing regulatory scheme legislation
On June 13, a Bill was introduced in the NSW Legislative Assembly to apply a national law governing the regulation of community housing providers in New South Wales. Other states or territories are to enact legislation that applies the national law or mirrors legislation that corresponds to it.
